Haeinsa buddhist temple. The annual Tripitaka Koreana Festival honours the temple's collection of 81,340 carved wooden printing blocks with the complete buddhist teachings, declared a world cultural heritage in 1995. In the morning of the second day, a huge buddhist Tangka (a silk painting scroll) is suspended at the main temple yard - here a detail from it.
