Sylt - Germany's Island Pearl

Sylt is not just Germany's northernmost island--it's a hip destination since decades, and despite that fact, it has still managed to keep its charm. Sure: you'll find high life at posh shopping areas like in Kampen and Westerland, and notorious hangouts like Sansibar--but also laid-back places like Hörnum at the southern tip. And plenty of good seafood, from famous "Sylter Royal" oysters to the fish sandwiches of Gosch.
